NEW PUTTING STUDIO
It is with great pleasure that we are now able to offer specialised putting coaching at the Knightsbridge Golf School.
We have a clear concept of the shape of the putting stroke we want to teach you. Now with help from the Sam Putting Lab we are able to obtain precise feedback of your putting stroke. Having had rave reviews for the past two years on the European Tour the Sam Putting lab is having the same impact as the video did with the golf swing 20 years ago. We have also installed a Huxley Golf Putting Green which gives us the same speed and roll as a real putting green. Huxley greens have the reputation of making the best artificial putting greens and several european tour professionals have them installed in their homes.

NEW ACADEMY GOLF MEMBERSHIP AT STOKE PARK CLUB
I am delighted to advise you that a NEW membership at Stoke Park Club is available to you. A new academy golf membership is now open to all those who wanted to take up the game but need a little help on the way.
The membership will take you through the fundamentals. You will have your own competitions and membership benefits that will develop your game and move you towards becoming a full member of the club.
Membership has been designed so that within 12 to 18 months you will be ready to enjoy our Championship golf course at Stoke Park Club. This was designed in 1908 by one of the most influential golf architects in history, Harry Shapland Colt. Colt created and remodelled some of the greatest courses in the world, including those at St. Andrews and Muirfield.
Any academy membership can also be combined with a membership of our Health or Racquets Club. The Health and Racquets Pavilion offers a unique environment where you can exercise in the state-of-the-art gymnasium, play a game of tennis or just relax in the calm of the Spa.

THE GREATEST GAME EVER PLAYED
‘The greatest game ever played’ was written by Mark Frost and told the true story of the 1913 US Open when Francis Ouimet a 19 year old American amateur took the title by beating the superstar golfers of their day Harry Vardon and Ted Ray, who were both British.
Walt Disney were so impressed by the book that they decided to turn it into a major motion picture. Mark Frost and many friends who had taken lessons from us and sent three of the films main characters to the school in preparation for their roles as Harry Vardon (Stephen Dillane) Ted Ray (Stephen Marcus) and Wilfrid Reid (George Asprey).
In a way these characters arrival make us think that the schools story had turned full circle as Leslie Kings original swing model was built around the swings of Harry Vardon and Ted Ray! In September 2005 on the day that England won the Ashes, we were invited to Disney’s London Officer for a private viewing and were delighted to see our names prominently running down its credits at the end of the film!
